Catherine Chamberlain, MSN, AGPCNP, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Eden Wellness & Advanced Aesthetics, bringing over 28 years of nursing experience and a deep passion for holistic health, hormone balance, and whole-body wellness.

As a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Catherine combines advanced medical expertise with a compassionate, individualized approach to care. Each client begins with an in-depth hormone and wellness evaluation to uncover the root causes of imbalance affecting metabolism, mood, and vitality. From there, Catherine creates a personalized plan that may include comprehensive hormone and metabolic testing, functional nutrition and lifestyle optimization, targeted supplements and peptide therapies, and GLP-1 or metabolic support when clinically indicated. Her integrative philosophy blends functional medicine, hormone optimization, and holistic wellness to restore balance from within—helping clients look and feel their best at every stage of life.
